Association of Research and Training Centre of the North University of Baia Mare (ACCfUNBM) invites you to attend the final conference of the project Mentoring Pathways toward Employment- MPATH, financed through the ERASMUS + Program, implemented in collaboration with transnational and national partners: Aproximar, Cooperativa de Solidariedade Social CRL and Instituto Universitario de Lisboa (Portugalia), G.G. Eurosuccess Consulting LTD (Cipru), Bagazs Public Benefit Association (Ungaria), Asociatia Profesionala Neguvernamentala de Asistenta Sociala ASSOC (Romania).
Since inception, November 2015, the project’s team developed an inclusive, holistic and person centered mentoring model aimed to foster and sustain the employment process of the target groups as well as facilitating job place retention.
The MPATH mentoring model was developed following a creative/innovative development cycle starting with the overall concept, through research of evidence, main principles and good practices, the test pilot which was piloted and calibrated to the social context of each participating country, and ultimately the projects evaluation and dissemination. The project’s results reinforce and refresh the research on which this model was created. Therefore, it provides service providers with a toolbox aimed to nurture resources efficiency while introducing a positive, inclusive process that enhances employee learning curve, employer employee relationship, hence job retention.
The MPATH Mentoring Model can offer the following
- support employers in recruiting and mentoring employees;
- train employer’s staff to become mentors
- provide mentoring expertise in the form of supervision
The event will be held in Jibou, Salaj county, Romania on October 17, 2017 at the Jibou Cultural Center, starting at 10.00.
